Diary Code Lock

  • Safe Storage: Always store the electronic diary in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can damage the electronic components or the fingerprint scanner.

  • Clean the Scanner: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the fingerprint scanner. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that might scratch or damage the scanner’s surface.

  • Handle with Care: Even if the diary is designed to be robust, always handle it with care. Avoid dropping it or placing heavy items on top of it.

  • Battery Care: If the diary has a rechargeable battery, make sure not to overcharge it. It’s also a good practice to let the battery discharge to about 20% before charging it again to prolong its life.

  • Secure it Physically: When not in use, keep the diary in a safe or locked drawer, especially if it contains sensitive information.

  • Limit Access: Only register your own fingerprints and maybe a backup person you trust implicitly. The fewer people who can access the diary, the more secure your information will be.

  • Keep your products within a temperature range of -10 to 35 degrees celsius. If used outside of this range the batteries may be damaged and/or the battery life may be reduced.

  • Do not twist, bend or subject the products to any impact of force that may damage the battery or wireless components.

  • Do not damage the fingerprint scanner on the diary in any way as this will cause it to not work and cannot be reset.

  • Do not wash, or expose the products to heavy rain or liquids in any way.

  • Do not store your products near or in direct heating, microwave ovens, cooking equipment or high-pressure containers.
