PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE
DO's
Safe Storage: Always store the electronic diary in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can damage the electronic components or the fingerprint scanner.
Clean the Scanner: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the fingerprint scanner. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that might scratch or damage the scanner’s surface.
Handle with Care: Even if the diary is designed to be robust, always handle it with care. Avoid dropping it or placing heavy items on top of it.
Battery Care: If the diary has a rechargeable battery, make sure not to overcharge it. It’s also a good practice to let the battery discharge to about 20% before charging it again to prolong its life.
Secure it Physically: When not in use, keep the diary in a safe or locked drawer, especially if it contains sensitive information.
Limit Access: Only register your own fingerprints and maybe a backup person you trust implicitly. The fewer people who can access the diary, the more secure your information will be.
Keep your products within a temperature range of -10 to 35 degrees celsius. If used outside of this range the batteries may be damaged and/or the battery life may be reduced.

Do not wash, or expose the products to heavy rain or liquids in any way.
Do not store your products near or in direct heating, microwave ovens, cooking equipment or high-pressure containers.
