Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to ensuring that your purchases reach you as swiftly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies and timelines:


 

Shipping Options:

  1. Normal Post

    • Delivery Time: Typically, your items will arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: Free
    • Details: This is a reliable, standard shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
  2. Express Post

    • Delivery Time: For those who need their items pronto, our Express Post ensures delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: $15
    • Details: Opt for this if you’re in a hurry. You’ll also receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Additional Information:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24hrs of purchase. Once processed, they are dispatched based on your selected shipping method.

  • Tracking: All shipped orders come with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  • Packaging: Every order is carefully packaged to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship Australia Wide.

Incorrect addresses and service disruptions: At Hustlaa we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the correct address. However, please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Authority To Leave/Signature Required: “Authority to Leave” gives the the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. Which means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. You will be able to contact the courier company via the shipping email you originally receive. Hustlaa is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hustlaa.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
