  1. BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

For bookkeeping services, clients are required to provide accurate and complete financial information. Hustlaa will maintain the confidentiality of client information and use it solely for the purpose of providing bookkeeping services.

  1. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNTS

Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are outlined in the specific agreement between Hustlaa and the client. Late payment may incur additional charges. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by Hustlaa, including but not limited to software, content, and documentation, are protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

  1. DATA SECURITY

Hustlaa complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and employs industry-standard security measures to protect client data.

  1. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate bookkeeping services with a notice period specified in the agreement. Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Hustlaa is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition unused and unopened. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  1. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Hustlaa provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. Clients are responsible for their use of services and should seek professional advice for specific financial or legal matters.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hustlaa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  1. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Hustlaa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
